Born in Bloemfontein, Clara has been painting full-time since 1994 and enjoys to use her talent by painting in realistic and naturalistic style. Clara prefers to paint in silence where she can create to her heart's delight.

Most of the main movements in art are evident in the work of the artist for example impressionism, realism, naturalism, expressionism, fauvism, cubism and surrealism etc.
